In my app I have added a automated report. When the template report is openend all the figures are numbered in the following order:
Figure 1.1 / Figure 1.2 / Figure 2.1 / Figure 2.2
Exactly how I want it. However when the report is generated from the app, the resulting pdf shows the following numbering:
Figure 1.1 / Figure 1.2 / Figure 2.3 / Figure 2.4
The second number does not start from 1 every new chapter. Since in the template it does, I don’t see how to solve this problem within word.
