Update App Name doesn't show in each workspace

So we now have x apps, y projects with n workspaces.
Now one of the apps gets a new name.
So in the app store I updated the name.

However all current projects see their workspaces and do not get noticed that their version has changed. As the workspace name is a copy of the app name, but is no longer linked.
How to changed all workspaces names of an app? Of link them to the app name?

Do I understand correctly that you would like to see that the name of the app in the project always stays in sync with the name of the app itself? Or are there also cases where you don’t want to have this syncing?

In our case it should just sync instead of disconnect.
So if we change the image/title or description of an app. That all workspaces get updated.
