On the app dashboard there is a list of “My activities”. Some entities were accidentally removed and I would like to recover those. I do not see an option to revert activities here. Is there a way to do that?
For this, you’ll need to submit a request with us. It is unfortunately not possible to do by yourself.
You will need to share the following:
- Your subdomain: e.g. cloud.viktor.ai
- Your workspace id: providing the url of the app dashboard is good enough
- Ideally, provide the entity IDs that were deleted. If you do not have these, provide the name of the entities. You can get this information from the activity dashboard, under the audit events, where you can filter on ENTITY.DELETE events. If you are not an administrator of the VIKTOR environment, you should request this from your administrator.
