SSO Login Error Due to Microsoft Account ID Change

When logging into bam.viktor.ai using SSO, I get an error. This is because the ID of my Microsoft account has changed (I got a new one with the same email). Can this be fixed so I can log in?

Error: “The ‘sub’ in the Identity Provider differs from the one associated with this user’s email. Please contact your environment’s admin.”

We indeed spotted this error in our system, and blocked it to be safe (we don’t want that someone impersonates your account and obtains access) . I will send you a personal message with further instructions.
