When I publish a new version of an app, I always receive the error code:

Could you try to move your app to a local directory instead of OneDrive? I think the error has to do with OneDrive, perhaps doing a reset might fix it but beware that I have no experience with this:
Since the error originates from the venv directory which we are not interested in during publish, we will also have a look into skipping the directory entirely such that this error is never triggered.
