Description of the limitation and why it is relevant to address
On a VIKTOR environment with SSO, you cannot manually add users. They first need to login before a user is created. If you want to invite users to a private workspace, you first need to ask them to log-in.
As an admin I want to be able to add users before they login so that they can directly be added to the appropriate workspace(s) without me having to wait until they login.
I think this is relevant for the VIKTOR platform because this reduces the number of users that don’t have the correct access permissions to access the tools they want to use.
Feature
Admins can invite users, even when these the environment is configured as SSO. These users can then also already be added to private workspaces before logging in.
