Problems with password reset at

I have gotten the emails about the migration of the developer environment. I have followed the steps explained earlier (upgrading and reconfiguring the viktor-cli). Now I get to the website where I need to login. On this page my password is not accepted but when I try to go through password reset I get a popup that an email to reset my password has been sent but it does not arrive to my inbox (I have checked my spam folder already). Is there anyone who can help me out with this?

After a bit of digging, we have found out that in this case, the password reset flow is (unintentionally) case-sensitive. We will make sure that this gets fixed.
