Problem reported in VIKTOR workspace

Which tool versions are you using?

SDK: v13.0.0
Platform: v2022.08.5
Python: v3.7
Isolation mode: venv

Current Behavior

A user reported a probelm via the VIktor App. I recieved an email saying the user had reported a problem but when i click the link to see the report i get an error message

I assume this is a Viktor bug?

Hi Natalie, does the entity still exist? If a problem is reported on an entity which is later removed, the report can not be shown

I have no idea because i dont know what the problem was or had to do with. :slight_smile:

That’s a valid point. I will create an internal ticket to make this distinction clearer (clear to developer when report is on deleted entity)

I have made contact with the user directly to fix his issue
