Current Behavior
A user reported a probelm via the VIktor App. I recieved an email saying the user had reported a problem but when i click the link to see the report i get an error message
I assume this is a Viktor bug?
Hi Natalie, does the entity still exist? If a problem is reported on an entity which is later removed, the report can not be shown
I have no idea because i dont know what the problem was or had to do with.

That’s a valid point. I will create an internal ticket to make this distinction clearer (clear to developer when report is on deleted entity)

@matthijs: I encountered this issue today, and it turns out the entity was indeed removed Wouldn’t it be more sensible to keep the report active
regardless?
Thanks for raising this, i don’t easily find a good reason why we cannot keep the report, will check internally if we can change this behavior
