As an engineer

I want publishing apps publicly to be limited

So that I don’t accidentally publish my company’s data

Context: any platform user can publish an app publicly. It should be possible to limit this feature to platform administrators.

Could you check whether it is indeed possible to publish an app publicly as a normal user on your platform? I quickly checked, and as a normal user I am unable to do so (it also states in the description that only an administrator can publish an app with public visibility)
