Description of the limitation and why it is relevant to address
As a administrator I want to pin some workspaces/apps to the top of the list of workspaces that all users should see, whether it is for information, guides, industry examples or other so that users get informed according to what internal structures would like to achieve.
I think this is relevant for the VIKTOR platform because it gives more freedom to set up the landing page to one’s needs.
Note that the pinning of workspace could partially be solved if there was an information page to which users could navigate to for the environment, which could be set up according to the organization’s needs (contact information, content pieces, best practices, news, etc.).
Submitter proposed design (optional)
Have option to select “Pin workspace” in the “More actions tab”.
Current workarounds
Start a campaign to get as many users to enter the workspace, until it reaches the most viewed workspace on the Workspaces page.
