No users in Users view

Hi support,

Is there a bug in the users view? I don’t see any user in our users overview..

Hi Wichard, I could not yet reproduce so we will have to investigate. Will get back to you when we know more!

We spotted an issue with one of our service providers that can be linked to your request. Retrying / refreshing should do the trick, could you verify?

Unfortunately, still no users found.

Alright we see a performance issue when retrieving users. We have increased the timeout so it might work now. We will have to look into optimizing this endpoint.

Hmm, still no succes, so I’m afraid I’ll have to wait for your optimization efforts.

Any news on this? Currently I cannot do user management like changing developer rights or roles etc.

Could it be related to SSO? Because environments without SSO seem to be working still.

We are rolling out a fix to address this, which we validated with Wichard.
