Impossible to move the map while drawing a polygon with GeoPolygonField

Summary
Since the last update, it is no longer possible to pan/move the map while in polygon drawing mode using GeoPolygonField.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a form containing a GeoPolygonField.
  2. Click the button to enter polygon drawing mode.
  3. Make some points on the map
  4. Attempt to pan the map by clicking and dragging. This is not working.
