All of a suddon all our connections between viktor and the idea analysis aren’t working:
While idea has a license, the worker makes connection, but the output xml doesn’t get returned.

We are experiencing an issue with worker job results with a new platform release. We are currently rolling back, it should be working again in 10-15 minutes.
Okay, at least I realised that our feedback forms/channels are working. Got messages from different users through different media.
Anyway for your infor:
- Workers aren’t working on server/laptop
- Not related to the code
- License up to date
- A connection is made with the server/laptop
- A response is send, however the response is an uncatched error.
