We work together with another company in one of our apps. They should only have access to one project instance. Is it already possible to set this up, or should we deploy a separate app just for our cooperation?

good question! It is possible to set this up in your app, using the scope group on a object type in the user management panel.
Once it is possible to have multiple workspaces (instances of an app) in a single environment, we recommend to deploy a second workspace for this use case. We are planning to drop the group scoping in the future for this reason.
