Description of the limitation and why it is relevant to address
As a user/project manager I want to find my applications assigned to/used on projects in one place, for example within a workspace, so that I can have a better overview of the calculations on those projects, and be able to find those projects much easier.
I think this is relevant for the VIKTOR platform because it will improve the platform in terms of user experience and tool exploration

Create an object (similar to a workspace) in which you can assign your application instances (which are now workspaces).
Current workarounds
Create a label per project, and assign the workspaces with the correct labels. This is limiting as the admin should create the labels, and these labels clutter the label list over time.
