CLI v0.14.0 is now available

Added

• Development environment key-value pair in credentials file (defaults to dev-subdomain.viktor.ai), settable through configure command. Preparation for moving development accounts into company environments on the long term
• Added validation of credentials on all relevant commands

Changed

• Current username and token are kept as defaults when reconfiguring the CLI

Fixed

• Fix unhandled error when clear request fails
