Cancel app upload When viktor-cli publish fails

In some cases when running viktor-cli publish the process will fail. I had an example where the TAR failed to upload but then I couldn’t upload a revised version due to the error: Exiting because of an error: An AppVersion is currently being published for this App. Usually I can identify why the upload failed but I have to wait 30 minutes for the upload to fail before I can run viktor-cli publish again.

I think it would be good if we can cancel the upload via the app page in the app store.

Agreed, had the same issue a while back and had to wait until the next day to publish the app
