Is there a way to use a custom tag (basicly in the pipeline and not based on the git) as optional flag/argument for the viktor-cli ci-publish command?

This is currently not possible, however it should not be very difficult to add to the cli. I will put it in the list of issues that will be discussed for planning next week.
