I would like to add a user to one of our apps. However, I’m unable to do so in the usual place where I normally enter this (modify users in user groups). As a developer and administrator, I believe I have all the necessary permissions. How can I still add this user to the app?

Sorry to hear about this issue. Which app are you referring to?
Might this be something that has changed with the switch to the projects layout? With this switch a lot of user management has shifted “up” a layer, and you can manage people on the project level by making projects either internal of private and adding people with user/owner roles (on private projects). Of course, the user groups and permissions inside of a workspace also still exist, so you should definitely still see it if you could before.

I am refering to the Triax - BetondoorsnedeApp, which is indeed a private project. How can I add a new user to this project? The new user that I want to add is not new within Viktor.

Adding users to a project can be done by going into the project, then clicking “Manage project” in the top right corner, and then selecting the “users” tab and clicking “Invite user”.
I find it a bit hidden to be honest, and it’s something I’ve heard from multiple people so I’ll add your name to the list of people that could not “organically” find the right menu.

Based on what you have mentioned, I have created a screen that changes the “manage” button that Roeland refers to into 3 different icons. Looking at this screen, how well do you feel this would solve the problem that you initially encountered?
