I have written a manual to help users get familiar with my tool but I was wondering if I can place a descriptive text on my project level page to insert a link to the written manual. Is it possible to do so?
I would like to add it on this page somewhere.

Currently it isn’t possible to add descriptions to an entity outside of its editor. What is possible however is to add a welcome text in which you can add descriptions of your app and also add links to other content.
Could that be a solution for your problem?
