Add delete option to project management page

Description of the limitation and why it is relevant to address

As an admin I want to see a delete button in the project management section so that I can quickly delete a project instead of going back to the project list and delete it from there. Also, I want to see how many workspaces are in the project in the delete confirmation.

I think this is relevant for the VIKTOR platform because it makes live easier for admins and reduces the risk of accidentally deleting the wrong project. This can happen because you have to go to the project list and delete the project from there. The warning you get does not say if there are still workspaces in that project and the project list also does not indicate this at all (see images below). After the migration, I moved quite some workspaces so that the project I wanted to remove was empty. The UI however does not give any visual clue how many workspaces are still in the project you want to remove (as extra visual check).

Submitter proposed design (optional)

The manage page should get a delete button so that you don’t have to leave the project to delete it (with the risk of selecting the wrong project).

Additionally, the project list should KEEP the option to also delete a project from there but the amount of archived and active workspaces should be shown (at least in the delete confirmation window). Also, if there are still workspaces in a project, what will happen when you delete the project?

Current workarounds

Delete a project from the project list.
