Start app is ready (info from PowerShell window), but in development space in browser there is no objects contain inside Logo project.

That is because no initial Logo object was created. You can create a new object with the blue ‘create’ button on the right. The folder you show in your screenshot acts like a folder on your computer, so you can create an store multiple objects.
