There is no fix for U69.
Is that correct?

There is, as also stated in the docs: SDK - Upgrades | VIKTOR Documentation

The deprecation (and fix) were introduced in v12.10.0. Are you running the fix for an app that has this (or a newer) version installed?

Fix is available after installation of the related SDK version.
